It's been quite awhile since my wife and I updated this blog. Well, a lot of things had happened since our last post (March 2011!!). Anyway, we have uploaded lotsa pics on our draft posts, so we may as well clear those drafts now.
First up, is easily my wife's favourite fried chicken of all. Being in Singapore for close to 3 years, this is one dish / food that my wife will never miss, the 4 Fingers Bonchon Crispy Chicken in Ion Orchard (Singapore). It's an American franchise of Korean style fried chickens.

Wait a minute... korean fried chicken? How different can it be? Surely it's the same as any other fried chickens? Well, believe it or not, it's that good and different. The place is located at the basement of the Ion Orchard shopping mall, along with other food stalls / kiosks. 4 Fingers does not have much space in the restaurant to begin with, but one can always just tapau and sit at the food court area (trust me, the food court area is much better than our Malaysian ones anytime)
The place has a simple decoration, reminisce of the underground train station looks. It has four to five TV screens with videos trying to brainwash you on how good is their brand of chickens.
Now to the actual food itself. The specialty is, of course, the korean fried chicken (KFC anyone?). It comes in two distinctive flavours of soy garlic or spicy and it only comes in chicken wings. It is also served with great fries some great seasoning.
The chickens are juicy and definitely has a glaze of of the korean style sauce in it. The best thing is that you don't get the oily aftertaste after eating regular fried chickens.
So why not make a quick one day trip down south and join the resistance?
